• All Cross-writing instrument mechanisms are unquestionably guaranteed against mechanical failure, regardless of age.

• Mechanical failure is defined as a defective product or a product unable to function as a result of construction or workmanship when used in accordance with the Care & Use Instructions.

• A.T. Cross has the right to determine if the item is mechanically defective and, at its option, able to be repaired or replace it with a similar or equivalent item.

• If we are not able to repair and or replace a Gift Card will be issued for the value of the writing instrument. Please allow 4 weeks processing time.
• Engraving is not covered under warranty; any writing instrument that is replaced will not be engraved.
• Defective product must be returned to A.T. Cross at customer’s expense (shipping and insurance fees), plus there is an additional $20.00 processing fee per each writing instrument.

• Customers are advised to obtain insurance against loss or damage when shipping products to A.T. Cross. Without proof of shipment, Cross cannot replace product it does not receive.

Exclusions from warranty include 

• Normal wear and tear, stains, discolorations, or scratches. Damage caused by any accident, fire, theft, flood, or other causes beyond our control.
• Damage caused by ink leaks to textiles, apparel, or other personal property.
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, and/or negligence such as Pocket Clips, Black/Gold Tops and also engravings, damaged fountain pen nibs, emblems and other customized decorations
• Damage resulting from repairs or manipulations carried out by unauthorized or non-qualified repair/service personnel.
• Damage caused by the use of refills or ink cartridges other than those produced by Cross. Leads, erasers and ink refills exhausted in the course of normal use.
• Loose caps are not covered under this warranty.
• Leads, erasers and ink refills exhausted in the course of normal use.

A.T. Cross Company retains the right to modify the terms of our warranties.

Cross TrackR® 製品: TrackR® は、 Apple および Android プラットフォームの両方で Bluetooth 追跡モジュールのサポートを終了しました。そのため、TrackR® と共同で作成された Cross 筆記具の追跡機能は動作しなくなります。この変更は、一部の Cross ギフト セットの一部として販売されていた TrackR® Bravo デバイスにも影響します。Peerless および Cross TrackR® ペンの筆記機能はこの変更の影響を受けません。また、上記で定義した機械的な故障は、Cross 生涯機械保証の条件によってカバーされます。

Cross ブランドの革製アクセサリーとジャーナルはすべて、購入日から 1 年間、機械の故障や製造上の欠陥に対して保証されています。この保証に基づいて機械に欠陥があると判断された Cross アクセサリーは、お客様から AT Cross に送付された場合、交換されます。生産中止となった製品は、同等の Cross 製品と交換されます。送料と保険料はお客様の負担となり、手数料がかかります。AT Cross に製品を発送する際は、紛失や破損に対する保険に加入することをお勧めします。発送の証明がない場合、Cross は受け取っていない製品を交換できません。

保証の除外事項には、衝撃、不当な使用、または明らかな乱用により損傷した部品、革の包装の経年劣化による変色、通常の使用中に摩耗した素材、ロゴ、パーソナライズ、およびその他の装飾が含まれます。
