Shipping and handling information

We ship standard (non-engraved or non-gift wrapped) in-stock orders received Monday thru Friday before 2:00 P.M. [ET] within three business days; Engraved in-stock orders generally ship from our warehouse within 10 - 14 business days; however, we aim to get these orders shipped as soon as possible.

Please note that once an order has been placed, it is immediately sent for processing and cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

Should you be less than fully satisfied with your purchase, send it back to us within 30 days of delivery for exchange or refund. 

Personalized products, such as engraved pens, and final sale Outlet items cannot be returned.

Opened ink refills and cartridges cannot be returned, however, please contact us if there is an issue.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for orders shipped outside of the US, including Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience.
