Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if
the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will
evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

personalized items; and personal care goods such as beauty products. We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and,
once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

also let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the
refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10
business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or
credit card company to process and post the refund.
